Is Qualified team to answering telephone calls on unified number 4675557 from 7:30 AM to 04:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday, this team will receive IT questions, inquiries and complaints from all faculty members, employees and students and they will be providing information, reporting problems, open a tickets and route tickets to appropriate team

Control center team providing a first level support. They will handle and analyze all IT tickets, and solve known issues, provide information, reporting problems and route tickets to appropriate team in case of need further assistance

Follow-up center team is playing an important role to assist all other sections. They will follow-up all overdue tickets, assist to solve a pending tickets, manage and resolve user complaints, follow up user tickets and calls where necessary, escalate tickets to higher level. Also they produce all related reports, periodic statistics and KPIs
